Mechanism of action of the drug:
Trenbolone enanthate, an androgenic/anabolic steroid, is a potent androgen receptor agonist, long used as a growth promoter. Trenbolone enanthate is a progestogen, meaning it does not convert to estrogen. Trenbolone enanthate causes greater weight gain, improved feed conversion efficiency, lower concentrations of muscle RNA and DNA, and reduced activity of free cathepsin D in muscle. Trenbolone enanthate has a half-life of seven days in the bloodstream.

Side effects:
Insomnia, increased blood pressure, increased hostility, acne, alopecia, and increased skin oiliness are possible side effects of trenbolone therapy. Due to the considerable inhibition of testosterone production, libido is reduced and erections become slow, resulting in testicular atrophy. It is also possible to develop prolactin-induced gynecomastia.

Dosage:
Trenbolone enanthate is administered by intramuscular injection. It should not be administered intravenously. Intramuscular injections should be given deep into the gluteal muscle.
