• Visible shipping label

If the situation is validated, we may proceed with reshipping the item or issuing store credit, subject to internal evaluation.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing or shipping phase.

If you need immediate assistance after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after payment confirmation.
