Mechanism of action of the drug:
Stanozolol is a 17-alkylated anabolic steroid with high bioavailability. Stanozolol does not promote water retention or aromatization. It has been used to assist patients with HIV and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in weight loss, resulting in significant improvements in weight, BMI, lean mass, and muscle size. Stanozolol has been shown to considerably increase collagen synthesis in vitro. Stanozolol has also been shown to have a beneficial effect on wound healing in patients with difficult-to-heal wounds.
Side effects:
Stanozolol's propensity to cause dehydration is a serious side effect. This characteristic is beneficial for fat burning, but it can also cause joint damage and ligament and muscle ruptures. Muscle spasms, hypertension, premature baldness, prostate problems, acne, temporary infertility, suppression of sex hormones, and gynecomastia are some of the other negative effects.
Dosage:
Stanozolol is administered by intramuscular injection. It should not be administered intravenously. Intramuscular injections should be given deep into the gluteal muscle.
