Mechanism of action of the drug:
Nandrolone phenylpropionate has a short-chain ester attached to it. It has been shown to increase hemoglobin levels and red blood cell mass, and is used in the treatment of anemia caused by renal failure. Nandrolone cannot be converted to dihydrotestosterone by the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, therefore it has no effect on the prostate. With a mycotrophic activity index of 3.29 to 4.92, nandrolone phenylpropionate is one of the most effective anabolic steroids for muscle development.
Side effects:
Prolactin-induced gynecomastia is caused by high doses and prolonged administration of the medication, leading to a considerable increase in prolactin in the body. Reduced libido is caused by the high level of prolactin in the blood, produced by nandrolone. Nandrolone limits the synthesis of gonadotropins and causes a drop in endogenous testosterone levels, resulting in a long recovery period after treatment. Nandrolone does not convert to estrogens. Nandrolone is not toxic to the liver.
Dosage:
Nandrolone phenylpropionate is administered by intramuscular injection. It should not be administered intravenously. Intramuscular injections should be given deep into the gluteal muscle.
