Letrozole 2.5mg 100 tablets

€51.00

Letrozole (also known as Femera) is a nonsteroidal oral aromatase inhibitor (AI) developed to treat hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. It is by far the strongest and most potent of the three most popular aromatase inhibitors. When anabolic steroids are used, some of them convert to estradiol through the action of the aromatase enzyme (aromatization), resulting in all the associated estrogenic side effects. Bodybuilders use letrozole to block the aromatase enzyme, preventing the conversion of androgens to estrogen and consequently reducing estradiol levels by inhibiting its production. Just a standard 2.5 mg dose of letrozole is sufficient to reduce circulating estrogen levels by up to 98%. In some cases, it can be used as a treatment for gynecomastia, although letrozole is probably most effective for this purpose only when symptoms are detected at an early stage. Letrozole also has the ability to increase natural testosterone production, helping to facilitate the increase of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), but this is not usually the preferred treatment method.

WARNING: Do not exceed the recommended dose! As an aromatase inhibitor for bodybuilding purposes, even in the presence of exogenous anabolic steroids, a dose of 2.5 mg will generally be too high and may result in undesirable symptoms of estrogen deficiency and significant loss of energy; in fact, this is almost certain to occur. For standard protection against estrogen deficiency, a dose of 0.5 to 1 mg every other day should be more than sufficient.

  • Chemical name 4-[(4-cyanophenyl)-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl]benzonitrile

  • Formula C17H11N5

  • Anabolic activity index is not a steroid.

  • Androgenic activity index is not a steroid.
